Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents
Assist with daily living activities to enhance quality of life
Monitor patient health and report changes promptly
Maintain clean and safe environments for all
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Connecticut
Current BLS/CPR certification
Compassionate demeanor and strong patient focus
Reliable and punctual team player
Experience in long-term care preferred
