Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly
Assist nursing team with safe patient transfers and mobility
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
Support infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and the care team
Help maintain a clean, organized, and comforting patient environment

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts as scheduled by the facility
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and following clinical direction
Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding, background checks, and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills for patient hygiene, feeding, and mobility assistance
Vital signs measurement and observational skills
Understanding of infection prevention and safe patient handling
Clear communication and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical setting
Dependability, empathy, and strong patient-centered focus
