Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and patient condition changes
• Assist nursing staff with transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote safety
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the patient record
• Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and families to support care plans
• Adhere to infection control policies and promote a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Ability to work the assigned night per-diem shift, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow facility policies and procedures
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain if required by facility

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable assisting with ADLs, transfers, and basic patient care
• Knowledge of basic infection control and safety practices
• Accurate vital sign measurement and documentation skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
• Ability to follow care plans and report changes in patient condition
