Location: Lincoln, Nebraska

Start Date: 08-03-2026

End Date: 11-02-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating weeknight call 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM and every other weekend call Friday 7:00 PM - Sunday 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging including abdomen, OB/GYN, breast biopsies, and NICU studies
Assist with IR procedures and OR cases while ensuring patient comfort and safety
Transport patients to other modalities when department volumes are low
Document clearly and communicate effectively with radiologists and care teams
Maintain equipment and follow proper probe cleaning protocols using Trophon system

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification required
BLS certification required
Experience in breast imaging and NICU imaging preferred
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
Strong communication and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
Comfortable scanning neonatal heads, kidneys, and spines
Familiar with Siemens Sequoia ultrasound equipment
Able to perform doppler studies and general ultrasound exams
Team player who can support multiple modalities when needed
