Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, including weekends and one holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver life-supporting ventilator and Bubble CPAP care to patients in a strong level 2 nursery
- Respond to emergencies by assisting with intubations and providing standby support for conscious sedation and cardioversion
- Perform ABG draws, BiPAP setups, and nebulizer treatments that directly impact patient comfort and recovery
- Collaborate with a 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist team to ensure seamless inpatient respiratory care
Qualifications
- Active Washington RT License
- RRT or CRT credential
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Proven NICU experience with strong level 2 nursery skills including Bubble CPAP for 32 weeks and up
- Ventilator management expertise
Knowledge & Skills
- Ventilator management on PB 980
- Philips V60 and Respironics Lumis BiPAP/CPAP
- ABG sampling and analysis
- Neonatal and adult respiratory protocols
- Emergency airway assistance
