Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility patients
Collaborate with an amazing interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Document treatment sessions and track patient progress with attention to detail
Support patients on their journey to recovery in a critical access hospital setting

Qualifications

Current Texas state and national PT license
BLS certification required
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new grads and seasoned therapists

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating fractures, sports injuries, and post-surgical patients
Comfortable managing wound care and VAC therapy cases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a mixed inpatient and outpatient schedule
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others heal
