Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to neuro post-surgical and stroke patients
- Monitor and interpret EKGs while delivering expert telemetry nursing
- Collaborate with charge nurses and clinical supervisors to ensure seamless patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile field standards and support safe post-crani and spine recovery
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans after CVAs and TPA treatment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent neuro telemetry experience within the last 6 months
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam and sterile technique assessment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong neuro assessment and post-operative care skills
- Confident EKG interpretation and centralized telemetry monitoring
- Excellent sterile technique and infection prevention practices
- Ability to manage 1:3-4 patient ratios with attention to detail
- Comfortable working with hospitalists and 24/7 respiratory and pharmacy support
