Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments to help patients achieve their recovery goals
- Develop personalized treatment plans for a variety of orthopedic conditions
- Collaborate with a supportive rehab team including PTAs and aides to deliver exceptional patient care
- Manage patient scheduling and documentation to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Build lasting relationships with patients in a welcoming community outpatient setting
Qualifications
- Current Colorado PT license or compact license
- BLS certification from AHA
- Strong background in outpatient orthopedics
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy expertise
- Ability to manage a full caseload with 45-minute one-on-one sessions
- Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a community setting
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
