Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate social work services to patients and families
Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop care plans
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Support patients through crisis intervention and resource navigation
Complete required documentation and maintain compliance standards

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in involuntary psychiatric evaluation processes
Understanding of mental health crisis intervention
Knowledge of community resources and support services
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced healthcare settings
Strong assessment and care coordination abilities
