Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with varying end times, plus call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians as directed during surgical procedures
Serve as first assistant across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general cases
Scrub in and support the surgical team throughout each case
Float between campuses as needed to support patient care
Respond to call within 30 minutes when scheduled

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
RNFA certification or equivalent experience
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Ability to scrub and first assist in the operating room

Knowledge & Skills

Robotics experience is a must-have
Comfortable with Cerner EMR
Skilled in total joints, scopes, hysterectomies, spine, and cranial cases
Flexible and adaptable to varying case lengths and call schedules
