Location: Omaha, Nebraska

End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and titrate drips including Cardizem and beta-blockers
- Provide continuous EEG monitoring for adult and geriatric patients
- Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs to deliver exceptional care
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab units as needed while maintaining high standards
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum one year of PCU experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for radius verification
Knowledge & Skills
- Cardiac monitoring and drip titration expertise
- EEG monitoring proficiency
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude and adaptability in high-acuity settings
