Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma ER
Collaborate with a dynamic team of physicians, mid-levels, and support staff to deliver life-saving interventions
Float between four facilities, gaining diverse experience and building new connections
Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips with confidence
Support patients through trauma, burns, and pediatric emergencies with skill and empathy

Qualifications

Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ATCN preferred
Minimum 2 years of ER experience, including at least 6 months in a Level 1 Trauma center
Cerner EMR experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in high-volume, high-acuity environments
Comfortable floating between multiple campuses
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficient with Phillips telemetry monitors and strip interpretation
