Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Single-scrub complex cardiac procedures with precision and care
Step in to support ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn cases when cardiac volume is light
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments and supplies are ready
Collaborate closely with surgeons and the surgical team to deliver safe, efficient care

Qualifications

Current Surgical Tech certification
Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
Ability to scrub multiple specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn
Strong attention to detail and calm demeanor under pressure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
Familiarity with cardiac and multi-specialty procedures
Quick adaptability when moving between case types
Clear communication with the surgical team
