Location: Pendleton, Oregon

Start Date: 06-29-2026

End Date: 12-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages
Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and support staff to deliver timely interventions
Manage patient flow from direct bedding to quick triage, ensuring each patient receives prompt attention
Respond confidently to trauma cases as part of a Level 4 trauma center team
Monitor cardiac rhythms and perform assessments with independence and initiative

Qualifications

Active RN license (Oregon or compact)
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
Minimum 2-3 years of recent ER nursing experience
Self-motivated, independent thinker ready to jump in and make an impact

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 11-bed ER with 37 patients per day
Proficient with Meditech EMR and managing all aspects of patient care
Able to read cardiac strips and handle everything from triage to discharge
