Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families in their homes
Develop and implement individualized care plans with empathy and expertise
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support
Educate families on hospice services and symptom management
Monitor patient conditions and adjust care to provide comfort and dignity

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in hospice or similar settings
BLS certification required
Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in home health environments

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in palliative and hospice care principles
Proficiency in pain management and symptom control
Excellent patient assessment and documentation abilities
Strong interpersonal skills for family support
Familiarity with electronic health records
