Shift Type: Four 10-hour shifts with one weekday call plus weekend call every 4-5 weeks

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating support during advanced endoscopic procedures including EUS and ERCP
Collaborate closely with physicians and the care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
Prepare and maintain a sterile environment to ensure patient safety
Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond promptly to any changes
Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
Strong circulating and teching experience in Endo/GI Lab
Comfortable with advanced procedures such as EUS and ERCP
Ability to pass a skills-based open-book exam with a 90 percent score
Willingness to adhere to the facility's fingernail policy

Knowledge & Skills

Advanced endoscopic procedure support
Strong teamwork and communication
Attention to detail in sterile technique
Ability to remain calm and focused during complex cases
Familiarity with EPIC charting preferred
