Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor airway and ventilator support for critically ill patients
• Provide emergency respiratory support in the ED
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care plans

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year current acute care RRT hospital experience
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Must have Level III NICU experience
• Must have PEDS experience
• Critical care or PICU experience preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Airway management and ventilator management
• Emergency department support and critical care
• Neonatal and pediatric respiratory care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient care experience is a priority
