Location: Salisbury, Maryland

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $54 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders to improve their communication and quality of life
- Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility standards
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure holistic care
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current Maryland SLP license or ability to obtain one
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Skilled in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficient in documentation and compliance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving abilities
