Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with a smile
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to nursing staff promptly
• Help patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment that promotes healing
• Support the nursing team by delivering high-quality care and communicating effectively

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and teammates
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing shift needs
• Passion for making a difference in patients' lives

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of basic patient care principles and techniques
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
• Comfortable using patient transfer and lifting equipment
• Ability to document care accurately in electronic health records
• A caring, empathetic approach to every interaction
