Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
- Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of patient care best practices and infection control protocols
- Skilled in using medical equipment and assistive devices
- Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
- Culturally sensitive and empathetic approach to diverse populations
