Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the nursing team
• Support patient mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of patient care best practices and infection control protocols
• Skilled in using medical equipment and assistive devices
• Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition
• Culturally sensitive and empathetic approach to diverse populations
