Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients, including prophylactic cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Document patient treatment and update dental records accurately
• Collaborate with the dentist and dental assistant to ensure efficient patient flow
• Maintain a clean, sterilized, and organized treatment environment
• Deliver a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Strong patient education and chairside manner
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team collaboration and adaptability
