Location: The Dalles, Oregon

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective therapy interventions following each patient's personalized plan of care
- Document progress and response to treatment to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs to promote long-term recovery
- Communicate clearly with the supervising physical therapist and interdisciplinary team
- Uphold rigorous safety, infection control, and compliance standards in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain one) - we're happy to help
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

- Physical therapy interventions and modalities
- Patient care and documentation best practices
- Treatment plan implementation and patient education
- Home exercise program development
- Infection control and safety standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and communication
