Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient transport
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for those in your care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain upon hire
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Ability to work as part of a care team and follow instructions
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and observation skills for tracking patient changes
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures
• Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting and assisting patients
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
