Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Nella's at Autumn Lake
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and communicating with the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate high-quality care
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and health management
• Adapt quickly to new care environments and uphold facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

• Teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments
• Adaptability and flexibility for travel assignments
