Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
- Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) per practice acts and facility policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
- Active state Occupational Therapy license, or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Education
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Proficient in discharge planning and thorough documentation
- Skilled in supervising COTAs and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledgeable about safety and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
