Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans
• Document patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in West Virginia or compact state
• Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine or have approved religious/medical exemption
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Must bring state or federal issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
