Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their daily activities
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety
• Support patients with feeding, hygiene, and personal care needs with dignity and respect
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A caring heart and a passion for helping others
• Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and families
• Attention to detail when monitoring patient conditions
• Understanding of safety protocols and infection control practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
