Shift Type: Varied shifts - 40 hours/week. Tuesday/Thursday: 10-hour days (times not specified); Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 10-hour day (times not specified); Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Off on Mondays & Wednesdays. Weekend requirement: every weekend.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience
• Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred
• No new graduates
• Ability to work every weekend
• Permanent address and RTO must be included in submission

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in outpatient physical therapy
• Experience with inpatient acute care and swing bed
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Familiarity with electronic health records
