Physical Therapist - Outpatient/Inpatient
Location: Colebrook, New Hampshire
Start Date: 09-08-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Varied shifts - 40 hours/week. Tuesday/Thursday: 10-hour days (times not specified); Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM; Saturday: 10-hour day (times not specified); Sunday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Off on Mondays & Wednesdays. Weekend requirement: every weekend.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and function
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure coordinated patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care techniques
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy license in New Hampshire (or ability to obtain)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience required; Inpatient experience highly preferred
- No new graduates
- Ability to work every weekend
- Permanent address and RTO must be included in submission
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in outpatient physical therapy
- Experience with inpatient acute care and swing bed
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
- Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Familiarity with electronic health records
