Roles & Responsibilities

• Circulate C-sections in the operating room with confidence and skill
• Provide comprehensive care to laboring, postpartum, and maternity patients
• Interpret fetal monitoring strips and respond to high-risk situations
• Titrate critical drips like oxytocin and magnesium sulfate with precision
• Collaborate with surgical techs, APPs, and anesthesia to ensure optimal outcomes
• Float to postpartum as needed to support the team and ensure seamless care

Qualifications

• Active RN license - we'll help you get submitted
• At least 1 year of L&D experience (2+ years of high-risk L&D strongly preferred)
• Must be able to circulate C-sections in the OR - that's a must!
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA)
• Willingness to float to postpartum and follow the 60-mile radius rule
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Fetal monitoring and strip interpretation - especially with GE Corometrics
• High-risk obstetrics and antepartum care
• Titrating oxytocin and magnesium sulfate safely
• EPIC charting system proficiency
• Comfort working in a Level III NICU setting with 24/7 anesthesia and APP support
