Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients in efficient 30-minute appointment slots
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated dental assistant to ensure smooth patient flow
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment, adhering to all safety protocols
• Document patient care accurately and update dental records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in New Jersey (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Prior experience in a dental practice is a plus, but new grads are welcome to apply!

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and infection control
• Proficiency in patient education and oral hygiene instruction
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Familiarity with dental software for charting and records
