Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and respectful assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Assist with meals and hydration, monitoring intake as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and residents
• Document care provided accurately and communicate effectively with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for helping others and providing high-quality care
• Must pass background check and meet facility requirements
• Prior CNA experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and safety protocols
• Skill in using vital signs monitoring equipment
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude
• Time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
