Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the rehabilitation department to deliver exceptional patient care
• Oversee therapy programs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage rehab staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Drive quality improvement initiatives within the rehab department

Qualifications

• Prior Director of Rehab (DOR) experience is required
• COTA certification preferred, but we welcome licensed clinicians from any rehab discipline
• New graduates will not be considered for this role

Knowledge & Skills

• Leadership and team management in a rehab setting
• Knowledge of rehab regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create and implement effective therapy programs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
