Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, maintaining a safe environment
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Provide exceptional patient care and education throughout treatment
- Manage patient records and appointments with precision
- Support a friendly and professional team dedicated to beautiful smiles
Qualifications
- Must be orthodontic certified
- Experience as a dental assistant in an orthodontic setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for patient care
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Familiarity with dental software and record-keeping
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
