Shift Type: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour day shifts with start times from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM; on-call rotation of 8-12 days per month includes one full weekend on-call.

Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization, angiography, and peripheral angioplasty procedures to help diagnose and treat cardiovascular conditions
• Support the insertion of cardiac pacemakers and a variety of non-vascular interventional procedures with precision and patient-centered care
• Prepare and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety, comfort, and clear communication
• Operate advanced imaging and hemodynamic equipment, maintaining accurate records and ensuring sterile technique throughout procedures
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes for both inpatient and outpatient cases

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Experience with cardiac catheterization, angiography, peripheral angioplasty, venography, and cardiac pacemaker insertion
• Relevant certification such as RCIS or ARRT preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation, including weekends

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac catheterization and angiography techniques
• Peripheral angioplasty, including stent placement
• Venography and cardiac pacemaker insertion
• Hemodynamic monitoring and imaging equipment
• Sterile technique and radiation safety practices
• Varied non-vascular interventional procedures
• Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced lab
