Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care on a medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, intervening as needed
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Previous med-surg or telemetry experience is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills
• Telemetry interpretation and rhythm recognition
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Proficiency with electronic health records
