Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care, including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices for long-term wellness
• Take and develop dental x-rays with accuracy and care
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans
• Collaborate with the dental team to create a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred, but new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride application
• Knowledge of dental software and patient management systems
• Understanding of infection control protocols and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
