Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-paced Med Surg unit
• Administer and monitor cardiac drips, keeping a close eye on patient responses
• Provide compassionate, specialized care for patients living with dementia
• Empower patients and families through education and clear communication
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice
• Document accurately in Epic EMR to support continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact license, uploaded with your profile
• At least 2 years of Med Surg experience required
• Hands-on experience with cardiac drips and dementia care is required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• NIHSS certification strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation is a must as public transport is not available
• Willingness to float to Kingsbury as needed

• Solid clinical nursing skills across adult and geriatric populations
• Confidence in managing cardiac drips and recognizing changes
• Patience and empathy when caring for patients with dementia
• Strong patient education and family communication abilities
• Team leadership and collaboration
• Comfort with Epic EMR and electronic charting
