Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality dental hygiene care to every patient
• Perform comprehensive cleanings, scaling, and root planing
• Capture and interpret dental radiographs to support diagnoses
• Partner with patients to create personalized oral health plans
• Champion infection control and safety standards in every procedure
• Collaborate seamlessly with dentists and the care team
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and patient records

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Associate or bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Familiarity with dental software and patient management systems
• Strong understanding of OSHA and infection control guidelines
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
