Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough teeth cleanings and preventive treatments
• Take and process dental X-rays to help guide diagnosis and treatment
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and post-treatment care
• Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a tidy, sterile workstation
• Document patient care accurately and uphold patient confidentiality

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Previous experience in a dental office is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of dental anatomy and hygiene techniques
• Proficiency in dental radiography equipment and safety protocols
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures
• Experience with dental charting software and electronic health records
• Strong patient education and chairside communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
