Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of healthcare settings
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and care
• Monitor patient vital signs and document changes accurately
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management
• Adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and teams
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Compassionate, patient-first approach to care

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and dosage calculations
• Patient assessment and documentation
• Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency
• Infection control and safety protocols
• IV therapy and phlebotomy skills (as applicable)
• Effective time management and prioritization
• Flexibility to work in dynamic clinical environments
