Shift Type: Monday-Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (occasional Friday instead of Tuesday); preferred Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM; weekend call every 3-4 weekends

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate total patient care in collaboration with physicians
• Supervise and direct interdisciplinary care teams across ICU to Med/Surg units
• Float between units as patient needs arise, ensuring seamless care
• Maintain high standards of nursing care and safety
• Promote effective communication within the care team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Cath Lab experience required
• Active ARRT certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (facility will not pend)
• Up-to-date skills checklist within the past year
• Two supervisory references from the past 12 months
• Ability to float across diverse care settings

Knowledge & Skills

• Expert patient care in the Cath Lab
• Strong supervision and leadership abilities
• Care coordination for complex patient needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficient in ACLS and BLS protocols
• ARRT-certified technical expertise
