Roles & Responsibilities

• Support the orthodontist in delivering exceptional patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
• Assist with orthodontic procedures such as braces, aligners, and retainers
• Take and process dental X-rays with precision
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and care for orthodontic appliances
• Manage patient records and schedule follow-up visits

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or equivalent
• Prior experience in orthodontic or dental assisting
• Current CPR and X-ray certification (if applicable)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental assisting techniques
• Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and equipment
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
