Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dental hygiene care and treatment to patients
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
• Take and develop dental X-rays and diagnostic images
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care techniques
• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures to ensure smooth patient flow
• Maintain accurate patient records and sterilize dental equipment according to safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team
• A positive, compassionate attitude with a commitment to quality care

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, instruments, and equipment
• Proficiency in taking dental X-rays and digital imaging
• Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• Excellent patient education and communication abilities
• Familiarity with dental practice management software
• Ability to assess patient oral health and document clinical findings
