Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional dental hygiene care through thorough cleanings and examinations
• Capture high-quality X-rays to assist in accurate diagnoses
• Educate patients on personalized oral health strategies
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flows
• Maintain meticulous patient records and uphold strict safety standards

Qualifications

• Current Virginia Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Ability to build rapport with patients of all ages
• Strong attention to detail and clinical excellence
• Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and instruments
• Proficiency with digital radiography and patient management systems
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Commitment to infection control and OSHA standards
