Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide quality dental hygiene care to patients of all ages
• Perform dental cleanings, examinations, and take X-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Virginia (or compact license if applicable)
• Graduate from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and a gentle chairside manner
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental procedures and sterilization techniques
• Proficient in digital radiography and dental software
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
