Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive dental care, including oral cleanings and examinations
• Take and develop dental x-rays to assist in diagnosis
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and proactive dental health practices
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and treatment rooms
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a comfortable patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong patient communication and chairside manner
• Experience with dental software and digital radiography is a plus
• Ability to work an evening shift

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental hygiene techniques, instruments, and infection control protocols
• Skill in taking and interpreting dental radiographs
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
• Attention to detail with strong documentation practices
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced dental practice
