Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch dental cleanings and oral health assessments that leave patients grinning
• Capture high-quality dental x-rays and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Apply preventive treatments like fluoride and sealants to keep decay at bay
• Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene coaching they'll actually remember
• Maintain precise patient records and document care with accuracy
• Partner with our lead dentist to provide seamless, comfortable care for every visit

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in Wisconsin (we'll help you verify if needed)
• Current CPR certification to keep our patients safe and sound
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, chairside manner
• Experience with dental software and modern equipment is a plus
• Ready to work evenings and deliver fantastic care

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of dental hygiene procedures and best practices
• Knowledge of infection control and sterilization standards
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
• Attention to detail for precise documentation and treatment
