Roles & Responsibilities

Perform initial triage and assessments to prioritize patient needs swiftly
Administer medications and IV therapies with precision and care
Coordinate patient referrals and track progress for seamless care
Document interventions and educate patients for optimal outcomes
Maintain a safe, clean environment while collaborating with the team
Respond to emergencies with calm, critical thinking

Qualifications

Current full, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Alaska or other U.S. state
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
2 years of general nursing experience with at least 1 year in ambulatory or urgent care
Clinical Competency and High Risk Competency within 3 months of hire

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

Nursing process and critical thinking
Patient assessment and care coordination
Triage, IV access, and medication administration
EMR systems and multi-tasking
Customer service and infection control principles
