Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM + Call evenings and weekends. On call one evening a week (3:00 PM to 7:00 AM) and 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month (7:00 AM to 7:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate complex cardiovascular procedures including CABGs and TCARS
Support neurosurgical cases such as craniotomies and spinal procedures
Assist with orthopedic surgeries using advanced robotic systems
Provide expert care across multiple specialties including general, eyes, and endo procedures
Precept and mentor fellow team members when needed
Float between Bryan and College Station campuses to support patient care needs

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
Minimum 4-5 years of hospital operating room experience
Proven experience circulating CABGs and craniotomies
Robotics experience with DaVinci and Mako systems preferred
Strong references and exceptional clinical skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in circulating all surgical specialties
Comfort with both Mako and DaVinci robotic platforms
Ability to handle trauma and complex cases
Strong communication and precepting skills
Flexibility to float between nearby campuses
