Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert care across labor, delivery, postpartum, and nursery settings
Monitor and titrate critical drips including Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate
Support moms and babies through every stage from admission to discharge
Collaborate with the on-call OB team to ensure safe deliveries
Float as a helping hand to other units when the census shifts
Jump between assignments with confidence when the unit gets busy

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain the 90-day emergency license
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong independent skills in L&D, postpartum, routine nursery, and intermediate nursery
Comfort managing multiple patient types in a single shift

Knowledge & Skills

AWHONN-aligned patient ratios
Central fetal monitoring and maternal telemetry interpretation
Bubble CPAP and basic vent stabilization
Block scheduling and shift trading flexibility
